Returns

Noelle Leone believes each piece is an extension of the purchasers’ personality and natural beauty and therefore we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, Noelle Leone will extend the opportunity to return or exchange within 14 days from the receipt of your order.

Please email your return request to: service@noelleleone.com upon which you will receive a Return Authorization Code that will expire seven days after it’s issued. Please note we reserve the right to refuse a return and any returned items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be eligible for refund and will promptly be returned to sender.

Noelle Leone will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred on return shipments and highly recommends all return shipments are insured.

Personalized items and custom items are not returnable.
