If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your piece within ten business days of receipt. 

Please note that custom, engraved, or sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

Production and delivery time takes about 1 - 2 weeks. Rush delivery possible for an additional charge.
